Root Dynamics LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Chronomatica mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service during its beta testing phase.

• Account Data: If you authenticate using Google Sign-In, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture strictly for account creation and cloud syncing.
• Application Data: The text, parameters, and metadata of the "pulses" (tasks) you create are stored securely in our cloud database (Google Firebase) to enable syncing across your devices.
• Diagnostic Data: We may collect crash logs and usage telemetry to identify bugs and improve application performance during the beta period.

2. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Data. We utilize commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

3. Third-Party Services
The Service utilizes third-party services, specifically Google Firebase (for database hosting and authentication) and Apple/Google distribution platforms. These services have their own privacy policies addressing how they handle your data.

Terms of Service (Beta Testing)

By downloading or using Chronomatica, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Beta Software Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that Chronomatica is currently in a beta testing phase. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Root Dynamics LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the stability, reliability, or data retention of the Service. You agree that any data entered into the application may be lost, corrupted, or deleted at any time without notice.

2. Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, patent-pending mechanics, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong exclusively to Root Dynamics LLC. You may not copy, modify, or extract the source code of the app.

3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Root Dynamics LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the beta software.
